None of the buttons on the steering wheel work? How about the horn? If just the DIC controls aren't working the wiring harness in the steering wheel itself could be open somewhere.

The horn works good, the volume controls work, and the onstar button as well as the source button work.
also now that its dark out, even though the two lower buttons dont work they are now lit. so they must be getting some juice.

Just a follow up, today brought the tahoe to dealer, they had to flash the cluster and up date the firmware. buttons work now. Cost me $109 plus tax, and I had already bought the buttons for $65, expensive little deal!
