Recently I've been having a lot of trouble with my Tahoe. Got it a few months back and it ran fine up until about a week ago, was turning into a gas station when the power steering started catching, it did it a few more times and the dashboard flickered before it fully killed the car while still in drive. A jump fixed the problem with caveat of completely mixing up my memory seating to random settings.
It lasted a few days till this afternoon, where on my way to work the car's dashboard started freaking out whenever the rpms hit over 3k, with some dimming and fluttering on the speedometer leds during mild acceleration. Gave me temporary flags for the Stabilitrak and braking system which went away a soon as they came. Same applies to when I did some test revs in park. After shutting it off the power to the car died completely once again and was solved by another jumpstart.
I had both the battery and alternator tested at an AutoZone and an Oreilys and all came back saying they were fine, so I am a little stumped on this and hope someone can give some insight.
