I wanted a full size SUV/Truck with a luxurious interior, 5.7L or 6.0L LS engine, and AWD/4WD for around $6k. The '02 - '06 Escalade or Denali fit those requirements but I wasn't happy with their looks.

This is what I came up with:

Removed the running boards, roof rack & badges..then color matched the grill.

Installed a 3" front & 2" rear leveling kit then put on some 18's & 33's.

Window tint & color matched door handles are next in line.

Looks good! I'd tint the tails and get some black headlights next

I can't seem to find any black housing headlights that have provisions for factory HID's otherwise they would be on there

For 300... I would retrofit the stock housings... then you could paint the whole housing black and the shrouds... Better light and better looks? Win win

I like the changes. The handles flow better with the theme. I also like the rack blacked out too.

I tried mine without the rack for a few days and put it right back on. Something about the curve on the roof that it just fits right. My .02.

Still like the different Esky look.

Yeah the roof rack is a toss up, looks better/worse at different angles. I'll keep it on until I get tired of it.

The door handles helped a lot in the de-escalading process, every last bit of chrome is now gone!

Thanks for the props, they actually mean something when you have a very well done custom Tahoe.

Looks good with and without.
It's nice to have multiple options that look good.
