I didn't order them just yet, but a shot in the dark would be great to see the tru brightness of those. Where did you order those from?

Man I bought $21 Cree reverse lights from eBay for my Escalade, VERY bright, no error codes, smooth lighting and not extremely high priced like VLeds. Quick pic of them right up against the wall in the garage, they are basically mini-projectors....

I got mine from eBay. $9 a set. They are claimed to be the brightest on eBay. And they are very very bright. Ill see why his eBay name was and let you know. I think it was ez garage.

Ex-garage is who I got the lights from. And these are really really bright. Just notices them since its dark now. Now I just have a few more LEDs I need to get.

Damn, sorry to hear Matt.

I have had no issues with mine blowing fuses.

So I got back in contact with VLED's (and did some bitching, admittedly). One of their reps (Brian, I think), gave me a call and sounded pretty surprised to hear that they were blowing fuses. He's shipping me a set of the 7443's instead of the 7440's that have been giving me problems. I'm just happy that I don't have to pay this time. Instead, I'm just supposed to take the new bulbs out of the box, put the old ones in, and mark it "REFUSED - RETURN TO SENDER" and drop it back in the mail. I'll post a follow up once I get them.

I'll probably be doing that in the future. If these don't work, I'll be trying to get my $40 back, though that'll still leave me out almost $20 on shipping and fuses. I want these to work, though, because of how awesome they were for the week or so that they did work.

I ordered the same item as you but the first set, one didnʻt work so sent them back... the second set that just came in, both no worky!!! Grrrrrr...

make sure if they dont work the first time, that you switch the way you put the lights in. turn the light 180 degrees and re install. their made to work 1 way not both like regular lights.

So I looked at them again and the prongs were on the wrong side!!! Flipped them over and now... They work!!!
