Yup, after 9 hours of installation today and $1500+, the system is finished! My tahoe THROBS now, it's so incredible. Here's what I got, went full Kicker:

3 Kicker Comp 12's in a Ported Box
Kicker ZX750.1 Amp (Subs)
Kicker KS650 for front and back door speakers
Kicker KS4100 for rear roof speakers
Kicker ZX650.4 & ZX150.2 Amps (Speakers)
Kenwood eXcelon KDC-X693
XS Power 2400w AGM Powercell Battery (YellowTop under the hood)
Raptor 0g Wiring Kit (distro blocks, 200 amp fuse holder, rca's, terminals, etc.)

Pics of the installation and finished product and a video coming tomorrow! As gonna write a full review.

Spring and summer im putting on clear headlights/corners/lamps, clear taillights, window visors, debadge, remove all molding, remove roof rack, remove running boards, fixing all rust/dings/dents/scratches/etc., new idler/pitman, new gatorback belts, new door pins on driverside door, AND 22's! Gonna have the baddest hoe around that's for sure, and I already have more things planned for next winter haha. :D

You think so? The chinese guy that installed everything has clear headlights/corners and taillights on his honda and suburban lol. I personally think they will look awesome with my white paintjob.

Pics are coming tonight! :D

On a completely color matched vehicle, other than white with clear headlights to match, I think would look good. A black or dark blue vehicle would be optimal.

Hey this is suppose to be about my system, not about clear taillights looking mexican. It's all about personal taste, and I personally like them. Back to the system!

While it was getting installed my buddy took a few pics with his blackberry. I got pics of under the hood, all amps in and out of the box (which has a removable top & carpeted to match my subs, all free of charge), subs, etc

Overall, im very happy and impressed with everything. Subs hit hard, however the response could be a little better. Also, the box was broken, so and the middle sub is almost blown, so I think im gonna be upgrading to 2 or 3 12" CVR's. The clarity from the amps are outstanding though. Even the installers said you can't beat Kicker for clarity, which is perfect for me since I listen to metal/deathcore/hardcore 75% of the time. Only other problems I have besides the subs are the head unit and a small buzzing sound coming from the speakers (alt feedback, have to get that fixed soon it's pretty annoying). The head unit is great and all, and has a rear USB port so it's perfect for my iPod. I took out my cd player that came with the tahoe and put in a bucket and it sits nicely in there & out of the way. BUT it's a pain in the ass!!! First, I can't figure out how to get the thing out of demo mode, I read through the manual and found nothing. Second, when your scrolling through your iPod, and you go to select a band or a song or whatever, you have to press in. If you slightly press it up, down, left or right, it goes to a completely different menu. It's so annoying. If you're on a bumpy road, forget about it. Lucky me, I live in Michigan which has the worst roads in the US. Another bad thing about the head unit is it's kind of laggy. But whatever... all in all im pretty satisfied with everything. Will be going with Kicker, Raptor cables, and XS Power batteries again, but probably will get a different brand of head unit on my next system. :)

Props on the install. Everything looks good and clean. Did you do the big three? And are you getting any dimming of the lights?

1500 and shit is breaking already? Why wouldn't they put the amps underneath the seat. Ya know amps in a sealed box is no bueno since the generate heat. Fans keep shit fresh. I's bring it back...

@99Tahoe: I still have to do the big 3, but the lights only dim when the bass hits HARD, and they barely dim at all when that happen. Hopefully once I do the big 3 there will be no dimming at all. :)

@foreverfalcon40: Nothing is broken, just something isn't right. I put the amps in a box (which isn't completely sealed, the back is totally open but you can't see it unless you fold down the seats) because I have 3 amps, distro blocks, and a battery and didn't really want to put all that under the back seat. Oh and also the gain on all 3 amps are barely turned up so they aren't producing much heat.
