Card slot/HUD control options

Hi, I'm looking into changing out the card slot on my 23 Tahoe z71 to switches for lights I know the slot is for the HUD control. And the slot is the same for many years and models of Chevy GMC. Does anyone make a switch panel that can go there? Is otherwise useless, and would be a great spot for switches. Thought about finding the HUD switches and pigtail and adapting that to be the on off for the lights

The HUD switches are all momentary contact, so you will have to do some design work to use them as a power on/off type deal.
