Def need to get a tune. Might not run right, or to its fullest potential without a tune, plus I bet your cel will be lit with alot of codes. I did a 6.0 with a stage 3 cam and stall tq conv. Tune was done right there, and it runs great. Check out my build thread down below in my sig.

You will definitely need to get it tuned, you can either get it dyno tuned or send your ECU out to get flashed
