broken seat bolt

i took my seats out to clean them and while putting one of thr drivers bolts in it broke. its the one on left side up front and now i can feel my seat moving with only 3 bolts in it and its annoying. how could i get the broken bolt out so i can put another one in there? any help would be great

that or drill it out, use an easy out to get the remainder of the bolt out. worse comes to worse tac weld a new nut to the bottom of the floor.
