As of right now I don't think I'm gunna keep it lowered. I have a cpillar wall built with 4 18s and 4 gp31 batts in the back with two huge amps. Over 1000lbs.. And the truck rides bouncy. I likes the ride better with stock z71 shocks.. I'm gunna give it a few more days to see if it grows on me. If not take it off.

looks kinda low in back, how about helper bags. You gas mileage may suffer but you will get around better in the snow

What rear set up is it?
Did you cut bracket off frame?
Did you use the shorter endlinks?
Did you use shock extenders?
What Springs?

I can get the rear to ride fine just need to know what you did so I can dial it in

It would take away some of the bouncyness he has

you would have to lift the truck so far up will bounce even more. You have to lift it so far up to get it off the bumpstops to get travel so ride will suffer because your running so much air in the bags.

He needs to do other things first before spending money on helper bags because even if he put helper bags in ride still will be bad.

can you send me pics of your rear suspension then I can see what you have and help you dial it in. did they tell you what springs they used?

sounds like they didnt use shock extenders and kept stock shocks and didnt cut bracket off frame. If its the belltech springs I know what helper bags you need to fit inside

can you take a pic of the rear springs. Ie lift the truck up and take a pic of

springs
rear shocks
rear shocks where attaches to axle
also rear bumpstops which are on the frame showing how close they are to axle.

btw i have a few customers that have a big system in rear. One of them is a suburban with 8 13w7s and 2 batteries in back and thing rides smooth after I dialed the kit he had in before and its a 03 with my 3/5 kit on it.

If you have a big system in rear you wont need to lift it up. I can get it to ride nice even with all that weight but I need to know what is on the truck now before I can get it to ride better.
