Blew out my speaker

05 Yukon - I blew out my driver side bose speaker. Has anyone replaced their speakers and if so how hard is it & did you buy a replacement of the same stock Bose speaker or did you get a different brand? I’m only going to replace my driver door speaker, not any of the others.

Just remove the panel and there they are.

Probably order some used OEM Bose replacements Ebay. They are a strange impedance IIRC, so unless you can match factory specs on an aftermarket speaker, probably hard or impossible to do, and get a matching sound.

I replaced my Bose system on my 06 Suburban. I initially saved the 4 Bose door speakers, but then just decided to toss them...

As stated by @strutaeng , your best bet for a Bose speaker replacement is on eBay.

Go to www.crutchfield.com search in year, make, model. They're stock which is compatible comes up. I do that then search elsewhere on line for those items to purchase. Easy as a corner ******!!
