Best Tire for lowered Tahoe

Im looking to slap some tires on my 24s here in the upcoming weeks, maybe month and want to start looking for tires. Im an advocate of decent tires. So please dont suggest, Sunny, Linglong, Decenti, Nankang or any other crap like that.

I basically just want something this is not going to be super noisy, enable me to get 30k out of them, and not have me sliding off the road

Any suggestions would be great. I hear Toyo STs are good... But im also looking at some Nitto's and possibly some Pirellis

On second set, first set last 3.5 years, and now on the second truck of their life...just bought new ones
