Hi and thanks for the response. I am unable to separate the tray (horizontal) from the foot (vertical). They seem to be two pieces that are welded or crimped together. Is there a method to separating them? Should I be more aggressive? My sense is that they are well stuck together. Thanks!

F/U: The tray and the leg seem to be one piece so am still unable to remove. Since I need the car tomorrow I have rebolted the assembly to the car and will try some other time.
