Back passenger door stuck in closed postion...

my back door is stuck in the closed position and will open from the inside or outside. i tried getting the panel off but it is very tight.

Can you please post a picture of the body lines at the back side of the door? ... Depending on how they run I would say either lift up sharply or pull the door down to try and help free it up.
