Is it possible to hook up an aux input hooked up to the standard bose radio?

There is quite a few ways to do it. There are a ton of aftermarket "boxes" that go between the stock harness and the radio and almost all of them let you hook up an aux and an iPod. like this one...

I personally use the PXAMG. It shows the name of the song on the radio, you can control it with the factory controls, it charges the iPod and it's a BREEZE to install (which i'm sure most of them are) I planned to use the AUX input for a carputer and have the iPod tucked away in the console.
