App/software updates?

Do apps update on this platform? Or are we stuck with whatever ships with the car, like on my 2015?

Apps update on my '18's infotainment already so I wouldn't sweat it.

Yeah, it checks for updates on its own periodically, and you can also force a check from the front/center screen.
