Anyone swap 2015-2020 seats into their 07-14?

I found one thread that says they bolt in fine but need to some work to make the seat belts fit. Anyone done this, with pics? Are the seats more comfy? These OEMs kinda blow on long trips. Gotta be cooled, not an option. Anyone done any other retro/upgrade on front seats?

There is someone on YouTube that has done this swap. In YouTube, search 'Eacalade seat swap'.

100% agree with @PG01. My 2008 Denali seats are way better than my 2017 Denali IMO. The 2017 are better materials, but they forgot the correct amount of padding......

I would agree that cooled is a must. Look for the equivalent model year seats from an Escalade or Denali. Escalade had cooled seats starting in 2007, Denali not until 2009. I've considered finding seats from a 13 or 14 and making the harness work for the heat and then back yard engineering the cooled option.

FWIW, If I was gonna spend the money to replace my seats, I'd be looking at Recaro seats. I had some once, and loved them.

Wife's main complaint with the Tahoe is the seats. I'd like to get some seats out of an old Chrysler, Corinthian Leather. Like sitting in the love seat at home.

There might be a way to get the newer seats from a 2017-2019 Buick lacrosse to work. Man, those are nice seats! Finally someone at GM pulled their head out of their pooper and really did a good job..........then they quit making the car.

From the ones I have seen, the same body style 07-14 Escalade seats are identical to the yukon seats. I appreciate the feedback on the later seats. The previous ones being better, I figured, just need cooled. GTO seats are some of the best GM seats of all time but the cooled thing still applies. Ugh...I hear the Lincoln Navigator seats are some of the best out there...but I just...ugh...FoMoCo. So there is no bolt in upgrade...poop. Thanks for the feedback guys.

For the money and headache you'd spend on K2XX seats modifying harnesses/connections etc., potentially reprogramming the BCM to make all the electronic features work like stock etc. you'd be better off refreshing your GMT900 seats.

Hell you could get some custom leather katskin covers, new upper and lower cushions and be better than new with quality leather better than OEM leather seats.
