I think the time has come to getting a little newer Tahoe, likely will remain on the PPV route. Looking currently at 2017-2018's, since those are turning up regularly from the North Carolina State Highway Patrol now. Also where my GMT900 came from.
I see various companies with aftermarket bags, even as full kits, for this chassis. The site Bagriders offers a few kits/brands, like MaxLoad and AccuAir. My goal would be to spend some cheese on a night kit with digital gauges and a nice controller (with custom stored settings/heights). I am not worried about cost. Was hoping some of you have some experience with these brands, and on this chassis.
Goals:
- Bring over my 22" Transports to this 2017-2018
- I am not looking to lay frame. I want the ability to drop it pretty low though, with the Transports.
Just wanted to see what to expect to modify this Tahoe to achieve a fairly low stance that is drivable. Hoping some of you can shed some light for me.
Pic of my current GMT900 for the heck of it.....
Thanks!
