Anyone have minor dents on both sides of the rear quarter panel below the glass?

I've noticed very shallow "dents" along the rear panels under the windows. There are 2-3 dents in a row at the point where the sheet metal has a contour ridge. There are no scratches at all, and the only thing I can imagine is that the sheet metal is buckling from some sort of stress. The vehicle was in the shop for the dreaded lifter failure, so it was probably on a lift. Anyone seen anything like this? Any theories?

I can't post actual photos because they're so shallow they won't show on a photo. But they are absolutely there.
But I am including a stock photo with a basic location of the "dents". You can really only see them if you're looking at from the front or back, not straight on.

Did two ceramic coat details on 2021 Denalis, a standard wheel base and an XL. And have a third SWB with a duramax that gets washed and waxed once a month and haven’t noticed any imperfections in the body panels in any of them yet.

I have a 2021 Yukon xl and I have dents above all the wheels... Like tiny pressure dents. I am convinced its a factory defect dealer says no... I dont know how to deal with it. Anyone got ideas?
