After 7 hours i give up!!! Add amp to bose

I am going nuts!!!! searched every forum known to man and cant get it right! I have wired my amp installed box and sub ......wired loc to bose amp and still get no sound from new sub. Power is going to amp, all factory speakers work. Can anyone tell me exactly what wires to run my loc to , and if I need to wire both left and right sides of loc or just one side. any help would be great. Btw its an 07 denali with bose and nav. I know the location under the cup holder, I just cant figure out wich wires to tap.
