Is that or any of the other mentions behind the inner fender liner or just behind the rocker panel/frame rail?
IS the green color the from the original fluid leak or was there dye introduced?
From my understanding the factory system does not have dye. in all the videos I’ve seen they add dye I have a million other places I’ve been fixing one piece at a time in my 2001 mine doesn’t leak there yet but the lines usually rot around the rear tire inner fender area. I have a custom tool about $20 I made that lets me charge a empty ac system with 80-150 psi of air to find any leaks that aren’t extremely tiny With soapy water that not even dye would seep out of notably my pressure switch leak on the connector portion and the high side hose. The tool goes from 1/2” acme (r134a yellow hose) to 1/4” npt then to a 1/4 valve then to 3/8 quick connect for higher pressure if you build one you need a set of gauges and a good air compressor to use it and a spray bottle with soapy water A little short where I find a leak using the tool I made

In your repairs. is an entire line replaced or is there a patch/splice to be made?

Generally you have to replace the entire line unless it’s on a straight not bent section of aluminum pipe then you might have some luck with a splice in my case the rubber hose has a pinhole so I have the replace the entire line

Thanks. Weather has turned to high 40's low 50's at night and mid 70's in the day so I haven't been motivated to crawl under there.
Funny how it seems I had so much more time when I worked.
