Looks good but i really really preffered it when it was lifted. Just looks better imo. why did you decide to drop it when you got it?

I loved the lifted look as well, reason I bought it. After a month of me having it it rode like ass. So after a few months of thinking about it - fix all the broke suspension (rear shocks were missing rubber from eyelets, front drivers spring had perch fingers all bent letting spring slide around, two tires had less than half tread) or drop with a new suspension. I've always had lowered cars (camaro w/ 2"drop and a bagged Lincoln town car) but wanted something lifted and 4x4. I talked myself out of 4x for some reason and (I kick myself everyday for this) passed up a 96 2dr 4x with the diesel engine. I didn't know that I should have bought that until I had read through this forum. :banghead:
So I just dropped it. I want to find that 2dr so when I do I'll buy that (wife says I have to get rid of the camaro if I want something else). Really I don't know why I bought lifted and dropped it but I usually don't have a reason and it pisses my wife off because I'm so extreme but my buddies love it because its entertaining to them.

Ill get some better pics tomorrow (its was raining so I pulled in garage) and take it off jack stands (cleaning up underneath).

Love the black grill on that color. I saw the pics earlier and was going to play with the black on rims for it.

yah i used a tint on them and not sure how black would look. Due to the lights and grill the black with machine face came out nice. I actaully painted the rotors/calipers all semi gloss today and painted the frame and fenderwells flat black. Looks clean now when you look into the fenderwells. The rotors/calipers look great behind the wheels now

I really like the way the black looks. Turned out really nice. Love those rims too. Thats one way I was thinking of going with mine, leave the face chrome and black the rest. Then I was going to remove dip from the bumper only on the center bar that hold the bowtie to match the chrome on the rims. I think it looks better to paint the calipers on trucks black than when calipers are painted red. No need to apologize good sir.
