Hey guys! so I have a general idea of what I want to do with my setup but I want to get some ideas and suggestions so... Here we go!

So I just bought this truck about 2 weeks ago and I haven't pulled anything apart but, the kid already had installed a pioneer HU.
Now all the rear speakers (doors, rear ceiling) do not work, they didnt work when I bought it, I did try another speaker that I know for sure works and nothing... So I just think its just stupidity with wiring the HU but idk...

With that... I plan on replacing all the speakers, rewiring everything (pending if it's going to be easier)

I am for sure going to add an amp and subs but... I'm thinking of ether wiring at least the rear speakers and subs to it or gettin a dual amp set up...

The HU I may keep the one I bought with it but I will prob obtain another.

Ok guys if I think of anything else ill be posting but I want to hear what you guys say, I want ideas of stuff you guys have seen!

I'll be posting pics in the next few days

Theres an amp under the driver seat, look up info on that. I dont remember the specifics, I bypassed it and Im powering all my speakers off an after market amp

If that amp under the seat is burnt out, or not hooked up correctly, no rear speakers. Even if you dont have a bose system. I think the ceiling speakers should still work though.

Try looking that up, or just rewire everything.

unknown at this time.
feel free to look at my album as to what I have put in. on your new head unit use the amp control wire and wire it to the pink wire from chassis wiring that was attached to the stock radio. it should activate the factory amp that will power the rear speakers.

I yanked all my factory stuff and went with an alpine 400 and 6.5 separates in all my doors. Removed the ceiling speakers until I can convert to 6.5s. How loud/ extreme are you wanting to go? The rabbit hole can go pretty deep in a Tahoe..
