does anyone know approx what the rear height should be from ground to fender on a 5 inch drop. i replaced my 3 inch springs with 5 inch springs and it only went from 34 1/2 inches to 34 inches. also put on sway bar end links, trailing arm relocators and shock relocators.

You could have got ripped off, or may have had a 5" spring before!

i bought them both brand new and you can see the 5 inch spring is alot shorter. does the trailing arm relocators have anything to do with it. i put them on at the same time.

THe t-arm relocator has nothing to do with it, most people on here don;t even have them on their 5" drops and some do with no issues.
The only thing I can thing is that maybe your shock is holding the rear end up?

or the 5 is brand new still and the 3 had time to settle.. im not sure.. but is it unrealistic that a brand new -3 is actually -1(-2) for a lil bit til it settles. and now that its fallen to a -3 its the same height as a brand new -5 that is really a -3 till it settles?

3/5 Kit, 22 inch rims (305/40/22)

From the fender to the ground

30 1/4 inches - Front
33 1/4 inches - Rear

What size tire? I was 33" with a 5" spring and 32" tires. Now I'm 31.5" with some 30.5" tires after removing the factory bumpstop bracket.

24 inch rim w/ 295-35-24
also removed factory bumpstops

i've been riding on the 5 inch springs for about 2 weeks with the same height and i have drop shocks w/ shock relocators.

Well, with 24s, that would bring you 1 inch higher off the ground then my 22s. (which it does) I'm at 33 inches and your at 34 inches....thats how it should be..both of us running 5 inch drop coils. Your new springs are fine. It seems as if your old springs were more then 3 inch...maybe a mistake in packing from the factory...iono. But your sitting where you should be right now on 5 inch drops.

What is your fender height up front btw?
