5.3 LMF motor?

Was watching a video today and they mentioned this LMF 5.3 which is supposedly a nonAFM 5.3 07-14.

Anyone know about this motor and how it specs compare to a standard LMG?

That's the cargo van 5.3. No AFM, but has VVT. It's basically the newer LMG ('10-'14) but without AFM. Your LMG and mine are the '08-'09 version that had AFM but no VVT.
