Just got the box made and installed the other day. I still think it could be louder though..

what amp are you running on the subs?
dual 4 or dual 2?

that box looks a lil small for 3 cvr15s... the box should be 10-10.5 cubes for 3 cvr15s

9-15 cu feet is what you need for a ported box. Sealed it's 5.4-15.6 cu feet.

I know these are outside dimensions but I went out and measured it any way and I got 4ftx2ftx2ft..

those numbers give you 16cft external, inside comes to 13.6cft before sub and port displacement, whats the height and length of that port
but also i'd say of you want louder you might wanna run some CVXs

45.5" is the length and the height is 3".

side to side on the inside of the port is 45.5"

three CVR 15's will **** in the right box. Sounds like there are other issues.

Whats voltage AT the amp when your hammering it?

Is it loud to you?
