I’m Looking for some suggestions on what suspension components would cause a very specific tire wear. I just put Cooper tires in the correct size 275/60r20 on my wife’s 21 Yukon 10k ago. The problem I’ve noticed is the the leading edge of all the tread blocks and siping is raised consistently through the entire tires tread blocks on the front 2 tires. The back seem to be doing it but just barely. It’s got 125k and nothings ever been replaced. I’m assuming it’s the ball joints possibly the lower? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yep. I'd suspect a good bump on a curb knocked out the toe in setting. Usually with bad ball joints you'll hear the click/knock at times.

An alignment will not "show" a bad ball joint. A proper suspension and steering inspection will expose failed parts. What can show possible bent but tight components, is the before readings.

I have seen most techs check ball joints before alignment—which is why I stated that. Further, on most cars an alignment will show bad upper ball joints because the tech will not be able to get camber/caster correct—it will keep changing when trying to dial it in.
