Has anyone had an issue with the volume level increasing or decreasing by itself? Video below...
It is very annoying and I wonder if it has anything to do with some of the over the air updates?

My daughter was in the car a few days ago and it increased all the way to MAX volume, she said it hurt her ears! I am also worried about the speakers...can you "blow the speakers" in new vehicles?

It seems to happen on regular FM, XM, CarPlay, so it doesn't appear to be a phone issue

In your settings menu you can fine an 'auto volume' icon and you can turn that off. But I'd bring this up to the dealer service department. Get it on record. These audiosystems do have some problems and after the B2B warranty runs out they are not covered and repairs are expensive.

Go into your audio settings and turn off Bose Audiopilot. This is their branding of "speed assisted volume" that will change the volume of your radio based on your acceleration.

EDIT: It should not be adjusting to full volume though, that is very strange. Turn off that setting but you may want to schedule an appointment with the service center. Just be ready for them to see your video, not be able to recreate the problem, and then do nothing about it

I turned that off and it still does it. It happens so frequently now that it won't be hard to replicate.
I go in for an oil change in a few weeks and going to have them do a hard system/software update, instead of all the over the air stuff.
