Just bought a 2021 High Country.
The driver seat lumbar control seems to do nothing.

Passengers seat lumbar works as it should.

Suggestions?

I just bought it on Friday. And it was sold as is. No warranty. I did not notice it did not work until today.
So I don't think the dealer I bought it from will fix this. So its probably on me to fix it.

Thanks!

Connect a quality bi-directional scanner, and see if you find a code related to the lumbar control. I've had the same issue, but the non-working lumbar control does not trigger a DIC warning, but I do have a code that related to an electrical issue with the it.

I plan to good hook my scanner up to it here shortly. Just have not had time to do it yet.
It is going back to the dealer tomorrow for an Alignment and fixing the front parking sensors as the right one is showing a red X and others are grayed out. Im guessing the right sensor has failed so the others are not being used as a result.
Im going to add the seat to the list if I can.

Ok I scanned it.
It has a code. But the code comes up as "Unknown malfunction"

I dont remember the code.
I have already dropped it off at the dealer.
They are looking at it.
I just bought it on Friday, so they said they would take care of the repair and even gave me loaner vehicle to drive while they have it.

Considering this is a used vehicle that was sold AS IS and had no warranty one it, Im very happy with the service!

Not the first or last vehicle I have bought there.
And I have sent several friends to them that have bought from them as well.

So they take care of me.

I will post what they find though and see if i can get the code from them when I pick it up in a few days.

Dealer said the Module for the lumber in the drivers seat is dead.
They want $450 to replace it!

Is this module plug and play? Or is it VIN locked / needing to be programed?

If I can I would like to just buy it and replace it my self when I can.
Maybe get a used one?

Also anyone know the one in the passengers seat is the same part number? Can they be swapped?
I don't care about the passengers seat lumbar working right now. But the drives side is stuck in a position that's not comfortable and I would like to at least be able to move that one right now. So swapping them would be a great option for the short term.
I would like to set the passengers side so its good and move its module to the drivers side for now until I can get a new one.

Thanks.
