I’ll be doing the same tire size, perhaps 65 series, and stock GM 18’s…..a 1/4 spacer is all that I think will be needed to clear arms. Maybe some minor trimming, but with a 3.5” lift I doubt it. A level, I’m sure you will be trimming. Maybe more than you want.
I’m fine trimming. I have a raptor and trimmed a lot to fit 37’s. I’ve had plenty of trucks in the past that I’ve had to trim up. Part of me going big with the tires…is that I will definitely be going bigger with the lift later. Pretty sure it was you who I was talking about the magnetic ride lifts with. Even on ready lift’s site, in the comments, they say a lift for magnetic ride lift is coming in just a couple weeks. Figure I go big on the tires, then I won’t have to get bigger tires even if I go up to a 3-3.5” lift

Here is some before and after. 2022 Tahoe Z71 with Rough Country Level Lift, Black Rhino Wheels 20x9 0 offset and 295/60/20 Nitto Recon Grapplers (33.94x11.7). I also replace the ugly grill and fender emblems with black ones. Slight rub at full lock on both sides near the rear of the fender well, fixed with minor cutting. Slight rub on driver side at the front of fender well, fixed with minor cutting behind the felt. Rubbing only occurred at full lock out. Hope this helps those trying to plan a build!!

that looks really good. Are the spacers needed to keep them from rubbing?
Did you have any issues with installing the rough country 2 inch lift kit on Z71 Tahoe. It says on Rough country website it won’t work with Z71

How did the ride change? Planning this on our Z71, but the wife dislikes changes to ride quality. She tolerates it, but I'd like the preempt with your experience. Here is our 22 factory height with 33s.

Looking at their website and their YouTube channel they have made a lot of interesting products, but almost nothing is available on their website beyond the roof rack.
Just watched a video from them earlier. They will not be doing air the suspension anymore due to all the potential issues.

My current tires are okay so far. I don't like how the side lugs have been gradually fading, because now they're starting to look like street tires instead of mud tires. So instead of going with another set of 33's and the same brand for my next set, I'm going with Gladiator X-Comp 35's. It's a really aggressive looking tire, and they won't break the bank. Yes they're loud on the road and highway, but that's the nature of most mud tires. I'm also doing it to fill up the wheel wells a little more.

Below is the tire I'm getting, and below that is what I currently have.
