Hi All
Question for those out there who know more than I ...
Backstory:
I have both of the above mentioned vehicles, both are equipped with 5.3L engine, the Yukon is a SLT and the Tahoe is an LS.
My question, shouldn't both of these vehicles react the same, power wise while driving? I'm experiencing a huge difference in overall driving in the throttle response as well as AFM and the shifting up through the gears.
The Yukon's throttle response is so much better and I can never tell if the AFM is on or off, and the shifting is flawless, if feels great. The Tahoe has terrible throttle response, it seems to shutter while progressing through the gears and the RPMs are all over the place while driving in town. Highway driving is flawless.
The Yukon has just shy of 36K on the clock
The Tahoe has just turned 23K on the clock
Trans fluid looks good in the Tahoe and there are no strange sounds coming from the vehicle.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Scott
