I agree about iridium. My first yukon, a 2015, was iridium. I liked it in certain light; however, that violet/purplish hue just bugged the heck out of me. As time went on, it bothered me more and more and was getting to be "trendy-looking" to me. I wish it was more gray/gunmetal as well. My second Yukon, a 2015i, I went with Black. it was simply the most aggressive looking. I wish/hope they come out with a nice anthracite or gunmetal color.

We are going with Summit White / Jet Black on a Denali or Tahoe Z71. Love them in white.

Here's a good pic I took at the dealer when I was buying my Denali. You can easily tell the difference side by side between the Amethyst(purply color) on the Left vs the Iridium Metallic(charcoal,don't really see any purple in it).
