2013 Yukon XL Denali RSE

I recently purchased a 13 Yukon xl Denali that has the dvd screens on the 2nd and 3rd row. The 3rd row doesnt show a picture but you can see that it has power. We had the dealer purchase another screen to put there but that didnt work. We tried the 3rd row and the new screen on the 2nd row spot and they both work so I know the screens are working properly. Any ideas on where to check or if there is a harness somewhere that needs to be replaced?

There should be a setting on the head unit screen to select which rear screen has a picture. You can choose one or the other or both

If there isn't, the dealer needs to reprogram the head unit for the XL with 2 rear screens using a Tech2

After pressing the SRCE button, this screen gives the options of what gets put on each screen, such as Aux A/V or DVD
I don't have a DVD inserted, so it just shows the AUX A/V option.

Thanks, mine doesnt have the option to choose which display.
