Welcome to the Forum from NH.

Lots of knowledgeable folks here who freely share their knowledge, experiences, and perspectives. Knowledge is power.

I hope that you will become a participating member in the Forum's discussions.

More pics of the truck, please, when you get a chance.

I cannot personally assist you with your issue, but other members of this Forum much more knowledgeable than me in this area will chime in. We've got a lot of GMT900 Tahoe owners in this Forum, so I'm confident that you will receive some replies. Don't cut and run wires yet.

What's going on?

Are your right side D-Pillar speaker wires Dark Blue and Light Blue? Are the left side Brown and Yellow?

If so, they tie into the rear door speakers which in turn go to the amplifier.

the uppfitters typically cut the rear speaker wires inside behind the front/rear door pillar, pull that plastic cover off and have look inside there
also if the 2nd row center console hvac/rse control is not connected that will disconnect the rear speakers, there is a way to jumper it to make the rear speakers work

*** If the 2nd row center console hvac/rse control is not connected that will also disconnect the rear speakers, it can be jumpered, I think @89Suburban did his that way
