2010 tahoe rusting through over wheel wells

I have a 2010 tahoe...last fall i had a small paint bubble that chevy took care of...last week i took it back to the body shop because i have 2 new paint bubbles above each rear tire well...the body shop this time informed me that it is rusting thru and they are cutting out and patching these spots...i understand i am covered 100000/5yrs for corrosion, but what about resale and after 5 years?? Anyone else having this trouble?? Expensive vehicle to be dealing with this issue...anybody have any advice or insight??
