2007 Yukon died while driving. Found harness unplugged but cannot find where it plugs into!

If your 07 is a Denali (which your screen name implies), do you still have the OEM Z55 air and electronic suspension (shocks), or did you or a previous owner convert to a passive system? In your first photo, I do not see the electronic suspension controller, and that plug looks like the plug that connects to that controller.
not unless it is 100% identical to a fuel control module, look at the pins i pictured

do you have a fuel pump relay in the box under the hood? I believe if it has one, it's old style return system. if it's empty it's the returnless with the modual?

if it turns out you do need one and grab a dorman I would grab some crc contact cleaner and a can of compressed air and clean up that harness I see a little corrosion on there and that is a known issue for these trucks becuase they get exposed to the elements, so clean that up and then tuck it up under there as high as you can get it.

Still with the OEM suspension never fixed it. Dealer quoted $1700
OK, but I still do not see the electronic suspension controller in your photo. It sits right on top of the frame rail. About 4" wide by 10" long and about 1" thick.

Does that suspension control module have anything to do with the no start issue?

it could if it interupts the lan bus as noted already, leaving a open circuit
I would look up under there a little closer, maybe the suspension module fell off then
