2005 Chevy surburban ObD port does not work.

Hey when I bought this truck the cigarette lighter fuse locations was melted and did not work so I replaced the whole fuse junction box and the cigarette lighter and OBD reader still does not work any suggestions. It’s a 2005 Chevy surburban. Thanks in advance

It is powered by the cigarette lighter fuse. I would continue checking that circuit

Just for grins check the LBEC fuse and the Aux Pwr (or Aux HVAC) fuses in the underhood fusebox.

Measure the voltage at the cigarette lighter?
