Yes you correct more specifically the rear piston skirt of #6 is contacting the crank i haven't seen if the engine is at TDC yet but regardless the rod is bent so it has to come out.

yeah i was just pointing that out before you started a major rebuild project
turn the engine over slowly till you can see all pistons at bottom dead center becuase that mite not be the only bent rod
