20" polished with brand new tires

I have the set of 20" polished type stockers with brand new tires for sale.

No shipping so it will have to be local NJ/PA area.

Rims are in great shape and tires have about 5000 miles on them.

Are the wheels still available? In the pics it appears the paint is peeling, is that correct?
