Welcome from FL! Excellent find, and I thought I was lucky when I found my GMT800 6.0 lol

A leveling kit and some AT4 HD wheels should be in your future!

Thanks! I'll check your build thread.

Will definitely be looking at the leveling kit. Not sure what I want to do about wheels yet. The PO put the tires on them right before he put it up for sale. Brand new (10k now anyway). Still have the nibs on them. Once it comes time to replace them, I'll make some decisions. I actually do like the OEM wheels, but I am a modification addict and can't help myself! :rotflmao:

What is the story with the S10 Xtreme?

This is my other project. I have the big and little GM SUV's... :happy107:

2003 Blazer Xtreme. 100% stock when purchased about 6 years ago. This has been a great build project! I have done all of the work myself.

Since then - everything has been updated from the headlights to the taillights:
- Full suspension - Drop spindles, tubular control arms, etc.
- Blueprint Engines LS3 crate motor - 545hp, 515 ft lbs.
- Finish Line Performance 4L65e with Circle D 3k stall billet converter.
- Quick Performance 9" rear assy - Tru-track, Nodular case, etc.
- C6 and Wilwood brakes and MC.
- Interior and audio done. BMW 335i seats

When I brought it home...

And now...

Damn that's badass--x1000!!! And ac too. Can't get any better then that. Love the seats too.
That engine looks like a tight fit. Surprised since original 4.3 was originally a V8 that GM cut the last 2 cylinders off. Beautiful truck.

Nowhere near as sick as yours. The short version is: early 20s, always loved these and got a good deal on it. Drove it for 6 years, I just kept the 4.3 running, painted it (8555 w/ rally stripes), exhaust, 10" kicker, Camaro SS wheels, yada yada. Sold it back in 2018 and now regret it almost as much as I regret selling my TBSS. The SS will forever be the one that got away. Live and learn...

Oh! Good place to post this because I saw a freaking UNICORN the other day. Went to grab pizza when on vaca the other week and parked next to a 3/4 ton QUADRASTEER suburban! I started feeling out on it and my wife walked away. Owner came to leave and told him how cool I thought it was. His response: “You actually know what this is??” YES. YES I FREAKING DO.

Nice! Man... I get it! I have had and sold so many cool cars and there are a few that I still wish I had. My biggest mistake was selling my 1996 Impala SS. Loved that car! But... Life happens!

I bought the Blazer with the intent to get it where it is today. I doubt I will do another project to this level, but you never know... :rotflmao:

LOL! No turbo or nitrous for this one. I have my hotrod (see Blazer above). This is my overlander an I am going to keep it as clean and reliable as possible. I may get some tuning done to improve this a bit, but nothing major.

Welcome to the forum from Oregon.

Thank you! And thanks for your service! Lived in Hillsboro for a couple of years. Beautiful place, but I like the sun... I moved there in November. The following May, I asked my boss "when does the rain stop here?". Without hesitation, he said "4th of July"! And that is exactly what happened! :rotflmao:

I moved to Eugene, Oregon in December or 1995. After I had been at the shop I was working at, for 4 months, the bookkeeper handed me my paycheck and said. "I have decided to let you stay". I asked what that was all about. She said, "It has rained, like usual, in some form or another, for almost 4 months and you never complained one time". She turned and walked away.

I moved to Orygun in 93 from bay area Kalifornia. We had a seller refuse to sell us ta house for all cash cuz we were "danged Californians" SInce 93 the weather has become less and less rainy and cold each year. Globally its all changing. We have become Calif--Calif has become Nevada, Nevada has become hell. This part of Northern Orygun has the most overall wonderful weather now it the entire US of A.. The webs disappeared from between my toes.

I grew up in Marin County…….( rock music & powerboat racing)…. then moved to Orange County. ( drag racing & road racing) ..
I left California in 2010….. Now living in Palm Beach County, the rains are like a “car wash”……. 5 minutes later it’s sunny & warm.
Living here is like living in “the good ol’ days”……. California turned into a sewer….. A ‘beautiful state’, but …..
