08 Lade high pitched squealing?

I was washing an 08 Escalade today and as i was driving it back to the customers house i heard a loud squeal as i turned the wheel? Any input guys?

Haha jk, its probably just the wet/damp tires on a dry road, mine squeals on some turns and almost every U-turn.

Yeah my Yukon squeals when i make a sharp turn, but this was on a gentle curve in my neighborhood going like 25-30 mph so i don't know what it was.

If the surface was really smooth and dry, then a mild squeal is not unusual.
