Head gasket leak. Have you had other engine problems?

What @PNWTahoe said. Needs a compression test with all plugs removed and inspect the plugs and post pics here of the plugs. Likely, if it is head gaskets, the coolant is in the oil and the oil will look milky and will also show on the dipstick and under the oil fill cap. Is oil fuller than normal and coolant low?

I was thing head gasket. Just got the truck 2 days ago. Was taking to shop cause they said Tran might slip. Drive 15 min then I saw all the smoke every where.

If they have the right equipment they can also sniff at the radiator opening for exhaust gasses.

Well it turned the cylinder head and lifters on the right aide were bad 4 lifters stuck So I sent to replace the whole engine.

Lee, you have an LC9 engine. You can easily swap in another 2007-2009 LC9 or LMG or a later year (2010-2014) engine with the wiring for VVT. It is not a lot of work to swap in any L9H, L76, L92, L94, LY6, L96 engine either. However, all of these engines were made to work with the 6-speed transmission in your truck and will tear up your transmission unless it's built to take the power.

You could also use the block and heads from an LY5, LH6, LH8 and use your LC9s intake and fuel system to retain the FlexFuel capability.

The LC9 is a great engine.
