I own a mobile Auto detailing business in Tampa, FL and I thought you guys would appreciate this detail I did recently.

This car was pretty bad. never been washed or waxed..

It literally had no shine. All haze and waterspots...

10 hours of work....

50/50

What do you use to clean the carpets? Could one just use a household carpet cleaner that most places rent?

I soaked the entire bay with a degreaser, agitated it with brushes, then pressure washed it off, then dressed. Bt I dont reccommend doing it yourself unless you are very very careful.

Yeah a good product is Folex. you can get it at Home Depot or Lowes. Mix it 50/50 with hot water and it works wonders....

We have 4 kids and I would vomit if I had to ride in that. I bet their house looks the same.

dual stage paint correction....

Mequiars M105 compound on an uber yellow pad with a PC7424

followed by

meguiars M205 on an uber blue pad with PC7424

For final stage wax I used AutoGlym High Definition Wax.

ive always wondered the same thing, but from ive been told a very good vaccum.
