Hey guys, I just installed my Belltech 2/4 kit that I bought from DJM. First I'd like to thank Tony for his help with everything. He was always accessible whenever I had questions.

The following pics are before and after 2/4 drop on an 07 Denali (autoride) with 24" wheels

That looks awesome! It looks like you went with 4" in the rear?

Thanks guys, I did do the 4" drop in the rear. I do have some rubbing issues when I turn the wheel hard; pulling in /out of parking spaces, etc. The ride is pretty good, a little rougher than stock, and the handling is much better.

you have rubbing issues when your pulling in and out of parking spots or tight turns? im guessing in the front, correct? I also have a white denali, and I am just about to pull the trigger on the same exact setup.

How did your install go? I love the look.

Hey Guys, I just wanted to update regarding the rubbing. I'm almost positive that the rubbing is caused by the incorrect wheel offset. The previous owner installed these wheels at stock height with no issues. When I looked at the back of the wheel it said the ET was 15; way too low offset for our SUVs. I'm in the process of getting new wheels; I'm planning on getting rid of the chrome and going with black. I'll let you know what happens and update with pics.

The install itself was a pain in the ass for me. Belltech said that cutting 3/8"-1/2" of the balljoint bolt would be sufficient. This wasn't the case for me. On both sides I cut ALL of the bolt off, flush with the nut and the nut STILL rubbed the CV boot. I used a hand file to file the nut down to create enough clearance. Other that that the install was as expected. I strongly recommend getting a low clearance ball joint separator like the one at harbor freight. Here's a link for the tool

Thanks man, I'm pretty happy with the suspension so far. You might want to ask Tony (NorcalSS) if you have any questions. He was very helpful.

Would you mind sending me some pics of your Denali? I'm considering all black wheels and it would be nice to get a better idea of how it looks on a white Denali. Thanks

to make sure check if you have autoride (air lines going to rear shocks)

if thats the case then do the belltech 2/3-4 adjustable and if not id go with the djm 3/5.5 custom kit i put together. it rides really nice.

305 35 24 on a 2/4 will be fine make sure offset is right ie 24x9.5 with at least 35mm offset.

Hey guys, yeah I will send you some pics or I'll post them here from my phone. The wheels are 24x10, I don't know the offset, but they are almost perfect. The truck is a 2010 so it has the auto ride. I want to order your kit today, how soon could it be here? I leave on Friday to go south for a trip.

I'll probly order it later this week. I don't want to rush anything, specially if the shop can't get me in this week. I cant post pics on my phone, I'll do it when I get back from helping my buddy herculiner his jeep.

Looks good Panduh, It'll look great with the drop! We'll definitely need some after pics. Once I get my black rims we might have to start a "Storm Trooper" thread...if someone hasn't already
