02 Hoe 6.0 Engine and Tranny Swap Questions

Hey guys I have a 2002 Tahoe Z71 with a 5.3 I'm looking to swap to a 6.0. The transmission is F'd and the engine has 200k miles on it. I've been driving it with the F'd transmission so the engine is gonna go soon too. I was thinking it would be easiest and cheapest to go find an engine and tranny at a junkyard out of a Silverado. I know the harness and computer are extremely important, is there anything else? Will the 6.0 just drop in without any issues or will I have to make modifications? Are there any special tools I'll need for the job? I'm 17 and I don't know much about working on cars. I've done some light repairs to mine such as swapping an alternator but this is a pretty big task to take on. I don't want to get this thing all apart and then mess up and have to tow it to a mechanic to fix it. Is it hard to do or do you think I can manage? I won't have any help on this. Your time and opinions are much appreciated thanks guys. Any tips will help too.

If you've never done an engine swap before you at least want another set of hands to help out who have. If no one is available, I would say save up a little more and get a shop to do it.

On a side note... I found a lq9 (6.0) with harness and all for $1300.
