Here's a thought for you. I swapped out my original esky racks that came off a 2003. The ones I bought were off a 2008 and the gaskets inside were different. Make sure you get caps off the same year range racks. The gaskets on the 800 platform racks have a little round post that goes up and meets a matching tube one the inside of the cap. The 900 racks gasket mounts completely different with little clips. Also the gaskets themselves vary slightly between the year ranges. They aren't interchangeable as I found out a couple weeks ago. I had planned to just swap over my already painted silver birch caps to the new racks and they wouldn't mount on the 2008 racks so I had have the new set of caps painted.

Those look exactly like the ones I had originally bought and put on that came off a 2003 esky. Do the two plastic gaskets have a screw that holds them together and they can be seperated?

Two push clips keeps them together

Yeah that's exactly what the gaskets on my older racks looked like. The newer racks I have now, that whole piece doesn't separate from the gasket underneath the rack. It's all one piece. So make sure when looking at caps that they come off an nbs truck.
