Doing the fluid change on my transmission for the first time ever. 287k miles.
The fluid it takes is Dexron III, but can I use Dexron VI since that's all that I can find at auto part stores? I've been told they're compatible

When i try to turn on my Yukon it hesitates to turn over. When it does the RPM's dip below 500 and either stalls out or feels like it wants to stall out
Im guessing it's a weak fuel pump but I always hear it prime before starting it up

Yukon has 287k on it. Not the original owner. Is it safe to change the filter on the transmission and refill it with new fluid?
I know flushing it is a no go at this point

When I start up the engine in the morning, I get a misfire and a rough idle. It does go away when it warms up. Just wanted to know what I should check for in order to fix it. Any input is appreciated

Was driving along and my oil pressure gauge dropped to zero.
At idle the needle only goes up about a quarter. It does fluctuate back and forth.
What could be the problem? My guess is the oil pressure sensor went bad.
Any advice is greatly appreciated
