    new rear shocks & springs --- now squeak.

    2013 LTZ, Got ride of the auto ride in the rear. Went with Moog springs, and Bilstein shocks. Had to drop the sway bar end links to get the springs in. Now I have a nasty squeak. Every bump, every time the rear goes up and down. annoying squeak. I'm thinking, maybe I preloaded the sway...

    Heated Steering Wheel -- fuse

    My heated steering wheel blew the fuse. I can't find the fuse. Chat GTP is completely wrong. Nothing is labeled for heated steering wheel. I know the wheel is bad, but I need to replace the fuse so my new wheel heats up.

    Is there a plug and play rear resistor for autoride in the rear only? Some of these kits you need to hack up your harness.

    I have replaced the rear autoride shocks & compressor, so many times, I lost count. The rode salt just eats up everything, including the air boots. What shocks and resistors do you use, so the front struts still work as designed?

    Factory 22's. 275 Bridgestone's. They are terrible in the snow. 4" of snow, I'm calling the AAA for pull out. Not wanting a full AT tire. I like highway quiet. Highway cush cush ride. I just need s crossover tire. What's out there ?

    Fram has this newish oil filter. I have been using it with good results. FRAM Synthetic Endurance™ FE10060 Engine Oil Filter It is the short version. But I'm sure they have a longer version as well.

    My 2013 LTZ factory wheels are 20". 275/55/20 I have a set of 2023 22" wheels with Size: 275/50R22 tires. 1" bigger in diameter. Can I put these on my 2013? with the 2023 sensors ? Will 1" bigger make a difference on my 2013 ?

    Recall = M1 0w-40

    GM just went with 0w-40 in their motors that are spinning bearings. Makes you go hmmmmmm. Newish Escalades, and other newish motors that are blowing up. Big recall.

    HID replacement bulb installation

    I just replaced the HID lamp in my 2011 escalade. I am not happy with how the bulb is secured to the head light housing. Seems very flaky, like it could bounce out. I have the black ring around the new bulb, but it does NOT snap in, or click into the housing. Am I missing something?
