Rear Defroster Tab TSB

For those who care, here is the TSB for the rear defroster tab problem.
Bulletin Number: 03-08-48-006J

No where in the TSB does it mention "testing the entire electrical system"
No where in the TSB does it even mention picking up a DVM.

It does mention soldering back on the tab with Radio Shack parts. and that is the resolution to the problem. Nothing more.
