Just bought those for the 07 burban. 200 cash. Cooper discover htp. Any idea on how to fix the imperfections? It wouldn't let me type with the pics
200 cash? I prefer for people to pay 200 in $10 bi-weekly payments to make things nice and easy when I sell things.

I plan on using a manual floor shifter from a 2005 to shift the TC. Seems like the easiest cheapest way for me to do it. I'll need to modify it for sure as i want it outside the console below my leg.
Does anyone have a pic of the bare floor board you can post so i can get an idea what it looks like?

Shifter i have and pic stolen from ebay.

I replaced the original water pump... It served me well for 279,680 and was still doing it's job but, it had started to weep a little and I decided to retire it before it gave out somewhere in the wilderness... I had been dreading doing that job however it surprised me how much easier it was to do.. I took my time at a very relaxed 2 hour pace with no issues. I am sure in my younger years it would have taken an hour or so...

It appears to be just clear coat damage.

If you wanted to DIY there are products to strip off the damaged clear coat and get down to a bare metal rim and then go from there to refinish.

I got a guy local to me that will chemically strip wheels down to bare metal and powder coat a set of 22” rims for about 600+/- depending on color choice.

A Dewalt cordless ratchet and a fluid extractor helped me tackle that job lickety split. I invested in that ratchet just for that job and it paid for itself for that job and many other projects.

I might need to get one of those. I gave all my air tools away when I left Arizona last year.

Changed the oil and filter on the Avalanche and Yukon today. I change oil in them both at the same time and as i usually drive more i know the Avalanche is never over that also.
The Yukon had 3k on the oil and has not used a drop since the last oil change. Oil pressure is staying above 30PSI hot idle and no sparkles in the oil so the new cam bearings are working great!

Turns out i should have looked at the mileage on the Avalanche first. Her truck the Avalanche only had 980 miles. Could have saved $50 bucks had i looked.
Oh well fresh Valvoline R&P can't hurt i spose.
