Reman transmission just done

First time driving it 1 hour, mainly freeway. No towing. Over 50 miles

44 degrees outside

Highest the trans temp got was 145 when I finished my trip

I’m reading that normal is 175-225

Does this seem to be an issue? Going to contact the transmission shop I got it done at but don’t want to just take their word for it

Thanks in advance

It runs cooler than expected, ok, but what other symptoms are you experiencing?
If no other symptoms, then just cover up some of the ATF heat exchanger, especially for the winter.
If ATF temp is 170F-200F, no worries.

Following chart is for Dex3; applying this to better ATFs just protects you and your ATF:
176°F / 80°C . . . . 64,000-96,000 Miles ... Ideal Automatic Transmission Fluid Temp
194°F / 90°C . . . . 32,000-48,000 Miles ... Max Recommended Sustained ATF Temp
212°F / 100°C . . . 16,000-24,000 Miles ... Pressure Drops, MpG improves, longevity / durability decreases

230°F / 110°C . . . . 8,000-12,000 Miles ... Varnishes Form
257°F / 125°C . . . . . 4,000-6,000 Miles ... Seals Harden
275°F / 135°C . . . . . 2,000-3,000 Miles ... Clutches Slip
293°F / 145°C . . . . . 1,000-1,500 Miles ... Oil forms carbon, seals and clutches burn
320°F / 160°C ... ... ... transmission line sensor triggers pcm's Hot Transmission Mode
